Payne, building movers is a company that specializes in the relocation of buildings and other structures. We also specialize in moving machinery,powerplant equipment and factory equipment .We take great pride in our work and strive for customer satisfaction.
We are a small family owned and operated company since 1974 and are third generation building movers. We are located in Strafford NH , and serve the entire northeast and are willing to travel the east coast for larger projects. We specialize in moving and jacking of buildings , structures, monuments, railroadcars, diners and many other objects. We have jacked and relocated many structures, from small camps and cottages to houses and historic buildings to 800 ton masonry buildings and bridges that weigh in excess of 1500 tons +.
We design and build most of our own equipment here in our shop. From hydraulic systems, hydraulic cylinders, castering dollies and our articulating trailer.
Our equipment is in house, so we do not need to rent, borrow or buy to produce your project.
We are also a US Customs Bonded Carrier! This means that we are able to work in "free trade zones".
Our goal is to provide a quality service to our customers and the best saftey record to our employees. Our jobs are always completed on time or ahead of schedule, and to the highest standards. All our employees hold valid drivers licences and have been with us for years.
